The Dope Ropes cardio 2.0 is a 5mm PVC rope. Also suitable for beginners but this rope much faster through the air making it more conducive to fast footwork, a cardio workout, speed and double unders.
Both ropes are full adjustable and come with unbreakable handles with a lifetime guarantee where we will replace once for free if the handles break.
Please note that some colour variations aren't available in bundles!
