Here i am, at 48, After my fan bike broke i decided I needed something with less moving parts. I say dope ropes in a review on YouTube and thought it fit. Little did I know how unable I was to jump rope. Fast forward two months, I still not good at by any means, but I keep with it, I leave the rope on my kitchen table chair and get after it each chance I can. Each day I feel a little better than the last and maybe I dont look forward to jumping rope, but I do look forward to being healthier from it. As a side note, my whole family is in on the action and works on their jumping skills. For a small dollar price, it pays huge dividends back into your life, for $24, what can it hurt? Somepeople pay that much for a sugar filled coffee!

This has made all the difference in my being able to jump rope daily. I was getting extreme pain in my big toe from jumping on concrete. I am in my late 50's, so jumping for bone strength is a vital part of my workout routine.

We like that they are durable and easy to adjust for each child. The bright colors are engaging and the weight of the rope is excellent. The hand grips are ergonomic and comfortable.

I use mine multiple times 5 days a week. Workouts and boxing, so far it's been my go to. I got the 10' rope. Kind of wish I got the 11', but all good. Still my go to.

I like how easy it is to adjust and the long handles. I couldn’t stand the 4 inch defaults that every jumprope company uses. Having the 8 inch handle makes all the difference. Crossovers and double unders got easier because of how weighted the rope is too.
