Easy to put down for jumping, then fold or roll and take back up. Much better on my joints than the tile floors; a great purchase.
I started my journey with an old school leather rope and wooden handles that didn’t twist. It made me feel like a failure. Bought the beaded and PVC rope and I’m jumping better than ever. Because I’m having so much fun jumping, I thought I’d invest in an expensive weighted rope kit from crossropes and that was a waste. I always end up going back to DopeRopes. I highly recommend these ropes for inexpensive, fun movement!
I wanted a heavy rope that was fully adjustable and I couldn't find much else out there. Been using this for a few months and I love the weight, grip is good, gets the job done well.
Good directions for sizing and use of weighted vs poly and wire ropes. I used Dope ans Lauren’s sizing recommendations. I’m a novice but it’s fun. I was a jump roper as a kid and liked double Dutch, getting in and out and the songs we timed it with. Anyhow. Kid at heart and live it

I’ve been jumping for about 4 years now and would consider myself an intermediate jumper. I’ve tried a few different brands but dope ropes are my go to and the only ropes I’ve stuck with from the beginning of my jump rope journey! The handles are strong enough to withhold all the bangs from learning releases and the ropes are durable as well. With all the fun colors to choose from and the high quality these are easy to recommend above the rest.
