Cardio 2.0 Weighted Edition - 1/4lb (6mm PVC)
The lightest weighted jump rope allowing you to develop speed and agility whilst still having a good weight to feel the burn in the arms and wider muscle groups. This jump rope is also not too heavy so allows for training of more complex skills such as crossovers and double unders without causing too much strain in the learning phase.

Dope Ropes 1/2lb Jump Rope (8mm PVC)
The 1/2lb jump rope is the middle ground for building fitness and stamina. It gives you a good balance of cardio and muscle engagement without fatiguing your arms too quickly!
Currently available in 2 colour options to choose from
Dope Power 1lb Jump Rope
Even more resistance which forces more muscles in your arms, shoulders, back, and core to work harder which leads to greater muscle engagement and higher calorie burn. This rope will be much slower through the air so provides less speed than the other two.
Currently only available in black (which is why there is no colour selection above!)
