Christmas Cutoff Dates

When it gets closer to Christmas, you will see a 'Christmas delivery' option, use this in order to stand the best chance of receiving your order in time for Christmas.

US DELIVERY - ORDER DEADLINES

Estimated cut off times for different services are as follows:

- Standard 3-8 Business Days - 15th December 2023

- 2-3 Day shipping - 20th December 2023

- Overnight - 21st December 2023

It's best to get your order in early to benefit from cheaper shipping and to give more time for your order to arrive as during the holiday season, deliveries can take longer. Please order by 9am PST on the days above to allow for processing of orders.

Please note if you are outside Contiguous US states then you will need to order earlier than the above dates. 

CANADA DELIVERY - ORDER DEADLINES

- Standard Delivery - 7th December 2023

- 5-8 Business Days - 10th December 2023

- 2-4 Business Days - 14th December 2023

- 1-2 Business Days - 18th December 2023

Christmas Holiday Period (22nd Dec 2023 - 7th Jan 2024)

We are taking and dispatching orders as normal during this period but due to holidays, they may take a little longer to reach you.

As I run this as a small owner run business, I will be taking a break from 22nd Dec 2023 to 7th Jan 2024 and will only be responding to urgent customer service queries.

All operations will be back to normal service from 7th Jan 2023, however as mentioned previously, all ordering and shipping will remain active throughout the period apart from national holiday days!
